Formed in the summer of 2003 The Withlacoochee Music Depot was a by-product of Scott's boredom and a promise made to his cousin Jeff many years earlier that he would base an album on Jeff's poem "The Maze", a poem that illustrates the maze of life that we all are born in and it's inevitable conclusion.
Armed with a handful of songs and 3 of Jeff's poems he began contacting former band mates to get the ball rolling. Mike, Rick, Joe & Glenn all were active on the local scene, but were into the idea of recording an album. One of the first songs brought in to work on was Withlacoochee hence the idea for the Withlacoochee Music Depot.
Prior to their live debut Big Ang was recruited to finish off the sound they were going for. His guitar skills and powerful voice finish off the mix. read more.
