Hi, I'm Ian and I'm a singer-songwriter living here in Leicester - a city in the centre of England, which I have reached via Dudley and Brighton. I have been writing songs for a number of years now, and have played in a few different bands. After neglecting my music for a while to focus all my attention on the 'serious career person' side of life things are better balanced again and the songs are flowing once more.
Stylistically, I am back playing the way that I started - solo and acoustic - and having a great time doing it. I hope you'll enjoy the music that you find here - I finished recording a CD in February 2006, titled 'Communication Overdue', which is already available to buy through a few different sites (CDBaby and,www.wovenwheatwhispers.com). Alternatively, you can find the album on i-tunes, Napster, and a host of other sites. Also, some of my songs are getting airplay on folk/acoustic stations - The Acoustic Stage, Whole Wheat Radio, and Radio Britfolk.
Now its 2007, a new batch of songs is coming together, and they will hopefully be getting recorded in the not too distant future.
