Bob Nierstedt's introduction to Country music took place in the mid '60's when he picked and grinned around kitchen tables with the Canfields, Hagan's, Hart's, and other assorted pickers. He wrote his first song when he was 60 and has about that many copyrighted songs to his credit including 25 published and one licensed to a CBS TV production. His "Home Cookin'" CD enjoyed tremendous airplay throughout Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
